Day 5!
I wasn't very hungry when I got up this morning, so breakfast was just one fried egg and guacamole:
I was so tired all day - not so much tired as just really fatigued... Like you might feel after a long cardio session. I had that headache for most of the day again, but thankfully it seems to have passed for now. I know I'm just adjusting to no carbs and all, so I am NOT giving up yet!
Lunch was leftover Thai Green Curry from last night's dinner, so no picture :)
Dinner was one of my favorite meals - Lamb Loin Chops w/ Gremolata and Neeps (Rutabaga/Yellow Turnip) - cut into chunks, boiled and then mashed; I added a little coconut oil to them this time: tasty :)
I also had a small palmful of pistachios today.
I think I mentioned, I do not plan to skip alcohol during my 30-days, I'll just stick with Vodka and Whisky (sugar and gluten free) :) I am considering a Bloody Mary for my Friday night drink (made with organic veggie juice)
